RETURN POLICY

All purchases are FINAL. We have a no return policy.

DAMAGES & ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For any issues involving your order, please contact us within 7 days of your order receipt date in order to request an exchange for an item of the same cost. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Anything after 7 days will be void. When the exchange is approved, you will receive a verification email. Once approved, exchanges can take up to 3 weeks to process.

In your email, be sure to include a receipt and/or proof of purchase, along with photographic evidence of your incorrect, damaged or defective items.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders are processed and shipped from our New York City facility within 3-5 business days. Tracking notification emails are sent once your item(s) have shipped.

ORDER STATUS
Once order is placed, you will receive an email containing an order confirmation number. When order processing is finished and order is shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information.

PAYMENT

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

SALES TAX
By law, we are required to collect New York State sales tax on all orders we ship.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping anywhere outside of the U.S.

PO/P.O. BOXES

We do not ship to PO Box/P.O. Box addresses. Any order with a PO Box will be canceled without warning. Please consider an alternate shipping destination when checking out.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery.
